Ernest E. Debs Park

This park is still a hidden jewel in Northeast Los Angeles and close to Glassell Park, Highland Park, Montecito Heights, Mt. Washington and Pasadena. It provides a flora and fauna of native and non-native plants, many insects and small animals like rabbits, gophers, squirrels, ground squirrels, turtles, fish, ducks and birds. Many friendly people take their dogs out for walks. This City Park provides an abundance of natural experiences on hiking trails and along the lake. The trees provide plenty of shade to stay cool on hot summer days.
